We strongly recommend John Phillips Home Improvements & are thrilled with the first rate results he provided us. We redid all 3 bathrooms, including cabinetry, tile work, new faucets, plumbing , repainting walls in he bathrooms & other rooms in other parts of our home, baseboards, & many one off spots.

• John is highly meticulous & takes great pride in every task he  handles. Stylistically, he is very steady & meticulous in his work.

• He communicates well & daily to let you know what he will be working on & when he’ll arrive & leave.

• John masterfully manages the outside vendors & skilled tradesmen required—in our case tile, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing & paint. They work closely together & work seamlessly. This is his secret sauce in my opinion.

• Even though we had to deal with thousands of details to get the job done, John calmly stayed on top of the tasks,​   & managed it all so effortlessly. This includes dealing with the bathroom equipment co, Ferguson’s, to ensure we stayed in synch on a sizable variety of products.

• John was a cool, calm builder & expert construction  project manager. To get things done right, he was in easy contact with us on a sizable number of follow up texts, calls & emails. When quick phone calls were needed, he was there for us-every single time. This is rare in our opinion.

• Lastly, working with John feels like you are working with a highly trusted buddy & friend. This rarely happens in this day & age. Because of the great work, our home now feels brand spanking new.
