John Phillips of Phillips Home Improvement (PHI) was our contractor of choice for a major kitchen remodeling and an additional coffee bar located in an adjacent room. John has many years of experience in kitchen remodeling as well as many other home improvement projects. He worked well with us to customize the project to our specifications. We appreciated his attention to detail and his communication skills.
We received daily updates of the project including timelines of upcoming tasks to be performed. PHI professionally oversees and coordinates the work of other trades people involved with the project. His workers were exceptionally neat and respectful of our home. At the end of each day the work area was both swept and vacuumed clean. Our project was completed ahead of our original schedule and under budget. We will definitely use PHI for our future home remodeling projects.
